Refund policy


Refund Eligible Issues

A free replacement or full refund will be offered if:

The item arrives damaged

The item is defective

The wrong item was received

Customers must email support@boxboxattire.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

All items sold on boxboxattire.com are made to order. Because of this, refunds or returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Lost Packages

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, a free replacement or full refund will be provided.

Wrong Size Orders

If the wrong size is ordered, a refund is not available. However, a replacement item may be purchased at a 35% discount as a one-time courtesy.

Minor variations in print placement or color are not considered defects.
